Your day begins with a scenic hotel pick‑up at about 8 AM. You’ll start with a panoramic City Tour of Ushuaia, including historic neighborhoods, stunning views of the Beagle Channel and Martial Mountains, and a visit to the Prison Museum, where you’ll walk through preserved cellblocks and learn how prisoners helped build the city’s early infrastructure.
From there, the adventure continues with a drive to the Train of the End of the World station, a historic steam railway once used by inmates to carry firewood. You’ll board the train (ticket included) for a scenic ride through lenga forests, peat bogs, waterfalls (like La Macarena), and valleys surrounding Tierra del Fuego National Par.
At the Park Station, your guide leads you on short walks to iconic natural landmarks such as Roca Lake and Lapataia Bay, the scenic end of National Route 3 and part of the Pan‑American Route. You’ll enjoy the region’s diverse flora and fauna, liquid peat bogs, forests, and possibly glimpses of guanacos, red foxes, and native bird species.
After a fulfilling morning of history, a train ride, and exploration in nature, the tour wraps up with a comfortable return to Ushuaia around early evening, around 5 to 6 PM.
